Derrick Oh new sales associate at Coldwell Banker in Willow Glen 

Derrick Oh has joined Coldwell Banker as a sales associate in its Willow Glen branch. Oh will specialize in residential sales in the South Bay with a special emphasis on the Rose Garden, Willow Glen and Central San Jose areas. 
“We are thrilled to have Derrick join our team,” said Joe Brown, Coldwell Banker San Jose Willow Glen manager.  “He is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his new position and will be a great addition to our Willow Glen team.”

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Oh worked at Realty World Home Advantage as a sales associate and loan officer.  He is an active board member of the Rose Garden Preservation Association, a volunteer neighborhood organization dedicated to preserving the quality of life, safety and community spirit of the Rose Garden community. 

As the business liaison to the Rose Garden neighborhood, Oh promotes local businesses serving the community, writes articles for the monthly newsletter and actively participates in organizing community events.  “I am truly blessed to be able to give back to the community in which I live and work,” said Oh.   

Oh earned his bachelor’s of science degree in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley.  He is also a CPA.
